What WorkPro collects, why, and who can see it. Last updated 17 August 2026, for v0.1.
WorkPro is a time clock for crews. A business uses it to record when its people work and where that work happened. Moretti Dev makes WorkPro; your employer decides what goes into it.
Identity. Your name and email address, and the address of your profile picture if your sign-in provider gives us one. You sign in with Apple or Google — WorkPro never sees, receives or stores a password. If you use Hide My Email, we only ever hold Apple's relay address, not your real one.
Time. When you clock in and out, breaks you take, and any notes on a shift.
Location. Only while you are clocked in, and only if you have agreed to it:
Location recording stops the moment you clock out. It does not run when you are off the clock.
Employment record. Whatever your employer chooses to enter: role, pay rate, employee number, phone, date of birth, start date, and free-text notes.
No contacts, photos, microphone, health data, browsing history, or advertising identifiers. Nothing is sold. There is no analytics or advertising SDK in the app.
Before any location trail is recorded you are shown a disclosure and asked to agree by typing your name. Your agreement is stored with the date and the version of the disclosure you saw.
Declining costs you nothing. You can still clock in and out and your hours still count in full — only the location trail is not recorded. You can withdraw at any time in Settings, and revoke location access outright in iOS Settings.
Businesses are separate. Nobody at another company can see your data. This is enforced by server-side rules, not just by the app.
On your device, and in Google Firebase (Firestore) in the United States, under the business you belong to.
Time and location records are kept for as long as the business keeps using WorkPro, because they are the record behind hours that have been paid. An admin can delete a crew member, which removes them from the roster and from every shift.
You can delete your own account from Settings › Delete account in the app. That removes your sign-in and your personal record. Shifts you worked may be retained by your employer as their payroll record — if you want those removed too, ask their admin, who can delete them.
Ask your employer's admin to correct or delete your records — they control the business's data. For anything they cannot resolve, write to the address below.
WorkPro is for people in employment and is not directed at children under 13.
